Dick Whittington

Dick, bored of life in his village, decides to go to London to seek his fortune where he hears the streets are paved with gold.

In London, King Rat has an evil plan to take over Alderman Fitzwarren’s business by any mean necessarys; A feud that Dick unwittingly gets himself embroiled in.

Will Dick earn his fortune? Will a trip across the world change his life? Will King Rat succeed with his nasty plot?

Dick’s faithful companion, ideal for a young child, not a speaking part.
Fairy Of The Bell
The good one of the story, King Rat’s enemy.
Idle Jack
The fool of the pantomime, works in Fitzwarren’s Stores with his mother.
Dame Sarah Scuttlebucket
The manageress of Fitzwarren Stores, secretly fancies Alderman Fitzwarren.
Alderman Fitzwarren
The owner of Fitzwarren Stores and the Lord Mayor of London, a bit of a bumbling fool.
Alice Fitzwarren
The daughter of Alderman Fitzwarren and Dick’s love interest, also coveted by King Rat.
King Rat
Obsessed with becoming Lord Mayor of London by any means necessary and not averse to using underhand tactics to get his way.
Scratch
One of King Rat’s henchmen, not the brightest rat in the world.
Sniff
The other of King Rat’s henchmen, also not the cleverest of the litter.
